In accordance with Law 15/2003 of 18 December 18 on the Protection of Personal Data, please be advised that any personal data you provide through this website will become part of a file owned by the Association of Andorran Banks (hereinafter “the ABA”). The file, named “Contacts”, is registered with the Andorran Data Protection Agency.

The main reason for collecting personal data by ABA, and hence the purpose of the aforementioned file, is to respond to your requests for information about the association’s activities and to send you electronic communications in relation to the association’s activities and those of its associates and collaborators and their contacts. In we send you any such communications we will indicate how you can cancel them if you wish.

If necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes, you agree that ABA may allow your personal data to be processed by third-party service providers which, if it does happen, will be carried out in compliance with the terms of the Personal Data Protection Act.

In any case, ABA guarantees that the processing of personal data is subject to strict professional secrecy and that the necessary technical and organisational measures have been taken to guarantee the security of your personal data and to prevent them from being altered, misused, lost, stolen, processed or accessed by unauthorised persons.

Moreover, ABA only collects from you the personal information that is strictly necessary for the aforementioned purposes. Please be advised, however, that the personal data and other information you provide to ABA should be true and accurate, and you should notify us of any changes that may occur. You are liable for the veracity and accuracy of the data and information and ABA may remove you from its contact list if you provide false or inaccurate information, notwithstanding other legal actions.

Finally, in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act, you are hereby informed by ABA that in order to exercise your right to access, rectify, delete and/or oppose the personal data in our file, a right which is recognised in the Personal Data Protection Act, please send a signed letter by email to aba@aba.ad along with a copy of your passport or other form of identification.
